Who owns this franchise? My husband and I had dinner there between 6:30 and 7 p.m. We placed our order. Waiting, I went to retreave catsup, tartar sauce, malt vinegar. All were empty. We let staff know. I personally too empty bottles (2) . we.
I too have had issues with this franchise. Long waits and wrong orders and cold food. I wish the company would do something. A lot of these franchise's have closed, little wonder. I do like LJS fish but not this place.

Horrible. Asked for a one fish one chicken meal add a chicken. Didn't get the extra chicken. Also ordered Mexican pizza. It was burnt. They said I couldn't have a receipt because of Covid-19. 😡😡😡

Went thru the drive thru yesterday and didn’t realize we only had half our order until we got home. I called and the manager Larry not only replaced the missing items, he replaced our entire order so that all of our food would be warm. Everyone was so nice! Thanks! Above and beyond in my opinion.

Soaked in grease with very thin fish filets. Surprisingly the chicken planks weren't as bad as the fish. Our meals came with cole slaw and there were no plastic utensils in the bag. Not a good experience and will not be going back.

Had not been to long John's silver for awhile and I thought hey let's go. The menu items has changed in proportions so I ordered and add food by the piece. I got my drink it was tasting like water got my food out everything was tasting like it was stale my order total was almost 25 dollars for two combos. I can't believe the would even serve that knowing that the food had probably sat there past time
